What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, work email, company name, role, AI maturity stage, and any message you include.

When you request your diagnostic results by email we collect your email address.

When you join the book waitlist we collect your email address.

Why we collect it

• Contact form data: to respond to your enquiry and discuss how we can help your GCC.
• Diagnostic email: to send you your results as you requested.
• Book waitlist: to notify you when the book is available.

Who sees your data

Your information is seen by Cobalt Orbit. We use Resend to deliver emails — they process your email address as a data processor on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policy.

We do not sell, share, or rent your data to any third party.

How long we keep it

We retain contact form submissions and email addresses for up to 12 months, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics.

The AI Maturity Diagnostic stores your quiz answers locally in your browser using localStorage. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to email your results.

Your rights

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, email info@cobaltorbit.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
